The newest concept to join Dineamic Hospitality’s portfolio, Bandit is located in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago. Bandit is a polished-casual restaurant and bar that combines the charm and character of a local watering hole/neighborhood bar, with the sophistication and quality of an upscale, chef-driven restaurant. The design of the restaurant is a juxtaposition of rustic materials, vintage paraphernalia, and polished décor. It is lowbrow meets high style; glamour meets grit with warm ambient twinkle lights, combined with edgy neon bar signs creating an inviting feel to the restaurant. Nostalgic elements are harmoniously married to elevated attributes throughout the concept in both look and feel, as well as the food and drink presentation. The menu is comprised of eclectic American comfort food with Executive Chef Shane Graybeal behind the creation of the dishes. Chef Graybeal brings his rustic American style of cooking to Bandit with an emphasis on local and seasonal ingredients.
DineAmic Group and Fabio Viviani have done it again with Bar Siena, the casual sister restaurant to Siena Tavern. This rustic, come-as-you-are, high-energy Italian eatery in the West Loop is best known for their shared-plate format including pizza, pasta, and BomboBar desserts. Tucked into Bar Siena, this sweet side-concept and walk-up window on Green Street serves bomboloni, coffee, breakfast sandwiches, gelato, hot chocolate, and more. Stop by on your walk to work or cater to your late-night sweet cravings; open daily from 8am – 11pm.
Located in the heart of River North at the prominent corner of Clark & Kinzie St. and in the same building as their Italian concept Siena Tavern, DineAmic Group brings you Barrio — Barrio is a creative take on traditional Mexican fare with pan-Latin and American influences. The 6,000-square-foot restaurant seats 200 people and offers a variety of dining options including bar seating and private dining. The kitchen is helmed by “Top Chef” alum, Chef Katsuji Tanabe, who has created a plethora of options for just about every patron. The menu incorporates a shared-plate format offering locally sourced, sustainable ingredients with an emphasis on organic, as well as paleo and gluten-free options.
Bub City is Chicago’s destination for barbecue, whiskey and live country music. The Southern spot offers more than 125 different whiskeys from well-known and independent distilleries throughout the country, weekend brunch with a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar, and live country music every day of the week.
Nestled on The Magnificent Mile, Café Spiaggia is a local gathering spot offering casual Italian fare by Executive Chef Eric Lees. Cherry Circle Room is the reinvention of the iconic restaurant of the same name that has serviced the Chicago Athletic Association and its members for generations. The intimate, James Beard award-winning space (‘Outstanding Restaurant Design’) has been fully reimagined and restored by Land and Sea Dept., melding the building’s historic original features with modern design elements that root the experience firmly in the present.
Historic Chicago dining is more than just a theme at The Chicago Chop House; it’s a way of life. Guests stepping into the restaurant’s immaculately restored, century-old Victorian brownstone building brings diners into the city’s past, when meat packers, politicians, and gangsters dined on succulent steaks in luxurious rooms. More than 1,400 historical photos tell the tale of old Chicago. Our all USDA beyond Prime menu of awe-inspiring 64-ounce porterhouses, 12- and 18-ounce New York strips, and 20-ounce prime ribs bathe the senses in prime-aged flavor. The Chicago Chop House is also one of the only restaurants in Chicagoland to serve Mishima cuts, unique and succulent beef known for its delicate flavor and tenderness and the last restaurant to butcher most of their meat in-house. Guests can pair their meals with a glass or bottle of wine from our international menu that includes more than 650 selections; a list that has won nine “Awards of Excellence” and “Best of” awards from Wine Spectator, and an Award of Distinction from Wine Enthusiast Magazine. One block away from McCormick Center at the intersection of Indiana Avenue and Cullerton Street is the Chicago Oyster House which specializes in Prime Seafood & Steaks. The chefs prepare fresh eats from the world’s depths, particularly those best served raw or extremely fresh, as in oysters and sushi. With multiple truck deliveries daily is how they ensure the freshest seafood bites to each hungry mouth. There are two raw bars inside the space. The first is dedicated to city’s most selection of East and West Coast oyster varieties, served chilled in their own shells atop a bed of ice. At the second raw bar, the chefs put their focus on the art of sushi as they wrap assortment of freshest raw fish in colorful, bite-size morsels of rice, seaweed, and sauce. Behind the scenes, the kitchen is where the mouthwatering Prime Steaks are grilled to perfection along with other deep sea morsels such as grilled oysters, steamed king crab legs and delicately fried soft-shell crab. Try their 30-day dry aged NY Strip and it will keep you coming back for more.
The Chopping Block has been teaching people how to cook for over 20 years. We are Chicago’s premier recreational cooking school, private event venue and gourmet retail store, offering guests a large slate of hands-on cooking classes, wine/cocktail classes and personalized private cooking events. Our location in downtown Chicago’s historic Merchandise Mart has four state-of-the-art kitchens and accommodates events of any type for up to 300 guests. Giordano’s is rated Chicago’s number one deep dish pizza, located just one block from the Magnificient Mile in the Gold Coast. Private Events up to 500 guests, catering, delivery, carryout, will ship frozen pizzas to 48 states. Variety of Italian American dishes and a full bar.
The 260-seated restaurant will embrace the quintessential nautical design and bright, airy space showcased at its other locations, boasting two spacious patios: a four-season covered terrace and an outdoor rooftop, which will accommodate up to 62 seated guests. The International Museum of Surgical Science, a division of the International College of Surgeons (ICS), maintains over 10,000 square feet of public galleries committed to the history of surgery, and an exquisite permanent collection of art and artifacts from the history of Medicine.
